Replacement and Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellation requests must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped, whichever happens first.

In case your order has already been shipped, it will only be eligible for replacement if found damaged or unfit for consumption.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

Thanks for shopping with ShreeGunj. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. All replacements are at the sole discretion of ShreeGunj  upon due verification and confirmation carried out by the team.

REPLACEMENT ELIGIBILITY 

Eligibility for a replacement will only be considered in case you have received a product which was damaged in terms of packaging.

In case you are eligible, the product should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in it’s original packaging.

Additionally, your item needs to also have the receipt or proof of purchase (email invoice will also be considered valid).

In case you are eligible, we will send you the replacement unit in 5-10 working days.
